If you have had a long stressful day having a bath is always a good way to relax and reflect on your day peacefully.
These are my four steps on how to have a relaxing bath:

- Light a candle. Light your favourite scented candle so your bathroom is filled with the scent. Also the dim lighting can help relax you.
- Use a bath bomb or bubble bar from Lush. Lush's products are organic and packed with minerals and vitamins so your skin really benefits from using them, not to mention all of their products smell amazing! I chose to use the bath bomb 'Space Girl'
- Wash yourself with your favourite body wash or scrub. My personal favourite at the moment is Soap & Glory's Sugar Crush body wash. It smells sweet but also fresh with the scent of lime that comes through. Using a nice smelling body wash that leaves your skin feeling soft and smelling lovely will make you feel much better trust me!
- Read a book. Escape reality for a little bit and read a couple of chapters of that book that you haven't had time to read all week. At the moment I'm re-reading MockingJay if you haven't read the Hunger Games series I recommend it to you, the books are so interesting, thrilling and all three capture your attention so it makes it hard to put the book down. I also recommend using a bath pillow they are so comfy and make reading in the bath even more enjoyable.

I hope you can find time sometime this week to run a nice bath and have some time to yourself to relax because you deserve it!
